Redirect to intake form only after first purchase

Bookly is great! We need clients to review and sign documents after their first purchase. We are thinking about using Contact Form 7 and leading the client to it with a Final Step URL. However, we only want the client to review and sign the documents one time. When they return for a second purchase, the Final Step URL should be a more generic "Thank you for your purchase" page. How can we do this?
Alternatively, we wonder whether this could be accomplished by using Contact Form 7 to complete a user profile. Bookly is able to generate a user profile, and so the Final Step URL could specify that the profile must be completed before the scheduled service. For re-bookings, it would show that the profile has already been completed. Not sure that this will work smoothly. Any thoughts? Much appreciated.
P.S.-- any movement on incorporating such forms into the Bookly Booking form?

If you mean that you want to set up several custom Final Step URLs, I'm afraid such option is not supported. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
Yes, Bookly Pro can generate a user profile (WP user which is connected to Bookly customer). However, this option works only when your client books an appointment (completes all steps). If you want to display booking form for registered users only, you can use some third-party plugins, for example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-access-control/
