Allowing multiple clients to book the same time slot

Hi, I offer dog day care where a client can leave their dogs with us while they go to work.

My question is: I have capacity for 20 dogs and I would like to set up my service to allow up to 20 different clients to select the same time slot before it becomes unavailable/full.

How can I do this please?

I have the Pro addon

  • Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

Please, check our Bookly Group Booking (Add-on): https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-group-booking-addon/21344225 which allows you to set up the capacity for the service.

Let me know if it works for you,

  • Hello, I have the same problem and Bookly Group Booking (Add-on) does not solve it!
In my case, my client teaches at times when more than one student can take part in this class, but each one must be able to make the reservation on their own.

In the case of Bookly Group Booking (Add-on) the customer chooses how many people will participate in the booking, I need each time to be available for 5 bookings.

Can you help me with this please?

  • Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

Bookly Group Booking (Add-on) works exactly as you described. Each individual student can book an appointment for the same date and time (it's not necessary to choose the number of people on the first step). If you don't need "Number of persons" field, you can remove it while adding the form on the page: http://joxi.ru/v29xOWPip5Qadm

Let me know if I understood you correctly.

  • Hello

Before purchasing the PRO version and the Group Booking Add-On I would like to confirm that it meets our requirements.

I offer multiple services, some of which can be booked by several people at the same time slot and others can only be booked by one person per time slot. Will the Bookly Group Booking Add-On allow that the availability is taken into account?

For example service A can be booked by 2 people, service B can only be booked by 1.

If service A is already booked by 1 person, another customer will be able to select service A for the same timeslot but service B will no longer be available?

On the other hand if service B is booked, neither service A not B will be available anymore for that same timeslot?

Can you confirm this is how it works?

    Many thanks!
