Hi,

In the last step of processing the reservation with bookly cloud service on the page to pay if i change my mind and i close the window the bookly service is saved in the database with accepted statut instead of waiting it is annoying...

    Hi,

    Is the client receive a confirmation booking in this circumstance ? i suppose... can anybody check this please it is a serious problem.

    Thank you for your message.

    That's the right behavior. Once your customers are redirected to checkout page, the system creates appointments. In Settings - Payments, you can set up Time interval of payment gateway. This setting determines the time limit after which the payment made via the payment gateway is considered to be incomplete. This functionality requires a scheduled cron job.

    We will add this feature request to our development roadmap and it might be implemented in the nearest future.
