Hello. I have an issue. Sometimes, when I or someone else book an appointment, he/she recieve an email with approved and also cancel type. I see in the reservation table his/her reservation as cancelled, but he/she never cancel an appointment. It is bug. Can you help me fix it? Thanks!

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Please, send your request to support@bookly.info
Response from support:
Hi Martin,
Thank you for your message.
A couple of times our clients have turned to us with a similar problem. We suspect that some email providers use ghost-clicking the links in the email, perhaps as part of a virus defense system that checks the content of the links is safe, and thus cancels the appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this situation.
Please let me know if you use this code in your email notifications {cancel_appointment}. If so, please try to remove the {cancel_appointment} shortcode from your customer emails or try to use the {cancel_appointment_confirm_url} shortcode (you will need to create a confirmation page and set the URL of that page in Bookly settings).
On confirmation page add shortcode [bookly-cancellation-confirmation].
