Some of my customers book direct with me rather than using the online booking form and for the past two years or so that I've been using Bookly, I just manually add those appointments to the calendar.  This is no longer syncing with the front end though and slots that have been booked out manually are still showing as available to customers using the booking form.  I have no idea why!  It is causing double booking.  I have updated all the plug ins and tried uninstalling and re-installing and it still isn't syncing up.  

 

For example next Monday I have manually booked out the 7.30-8.30pm time slot for an appointment and that is showing in the calendar.  If I go to the booking form on my website that slot is showing as available and I am able to book it and then they both appear on the calendar together.

    Hello,

    If you add appointments via backend without customer, then this time slot will not be occupied and the system considers it as free. Check this please.
