Whenever I cancel a booking it redirect me to the frontpage
Hi
I have bookly pro.
Whenever I click on "cancel booking" I get redirected to the frontpage instead of staying on the page.
The code used looks like this:
[bookly-appointments-list columns="category,service,staff,date,time,status,cancel" show_column_titles="1"]
Can you tell me why that is and how I fix this?
Best regards
Sara

Hi Sara,
You should set the URL of the page that is shown to clients in the Settings > URL Settings > Cancel appointment URL (success) and Cancel appointment URL (denied).
Hello,
I have the same problem, only when the user is not logged in.
When user is logged in the redirect is correct.
The URL Settings are set correctly and the form pages are uncached.
Any fix for this?
Thanks
Hello George, how the user is trying to cancel an appointment?Â
Customers can see their appointments only if they are associated with a WordPress user account and are logged in on a page where you added the appointment list shortcode [bookly-appointments-list].
Hello,
the user is trying to cancel the appointment via the {cancel_appointment_confirm_url}, which is sent inside the approved email notification.
If the user is already logged in and then click the {cancel_appointment_confirm_url} the redirect after cancellation is correct. If the user is not logged in, the appointment is canceled, but the redirect goes to homepage.
Thanks
