'Data Already In Use' message on second booking
Hi There,
I'm experiencing an issue when testing bookings, it seems that when I try to book in for a second time, using the same email (or tel no?) it won't let me, and say's 'Data Already In Use'. Surely this is a glitch?

Hi Jason,
Check if there are no extra spaces.
You can change this setting in Settings > Customers > Allow duplicate customers. If enabled, a new user will be created if any of the registration data during the booking is different.
I have the same issue (email already exists) with Bookly pro when a client is returning for a second time to place a new booking for a new service despite that no limitation of booking is set-up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm turning this around and can't see any settings to solve this problem.

So, what can you do to solve this issue?
Same issue. Basically the user has already signed up and created an account. So they need to log in to continue the booking. Is there a way they can simply login on the bookly plugin when the "email is already in use" message occurs?
Or any other solution to avoid users seeing the "email is already in use" error?
