    Check if there are no extra spaces.

    You can change this setting in Settings > Customers > Allow duplicate customers. If enabled, a new user will be created if any of the registration data during the booking is different.

  • I have the same issue (email already exists) with Bookly pro when a client is returning for a second time to place a new booking for a new service despite that no limitation of booking is set-up.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm turning this around and can't see any settings to solve this problem.

  • Same issue. Basically the user has already signed up and created an account. So they need to log in to continue the booking. Is there a way they can simply login on the bookly plugin when the "email is already in use" message occurs?

  • Or any other solution to avoid users seeing the "email is already in use" error?
