Add (Mollie) payment link to confirmation email

When I create an appointment via the dashboard, I'd like to add the payment link to the confirmation email. I there any way to make this possible?
Also, I've noticed the invoice isn't attached when booking an appointment via dashboard. So everytime I schedule an appointment, I need to add the price myself. Can this be done automatically?

Maybe you could post the solution here, because I can't find how to make a link on the invoices either! We have purchased the Invoice add-on but right now it's useless with no payment link
