Keeping track of cancelled bookings

What is the best way to keep track of cancelled bookings? If setting under "Cancel appointment action" is set to delete, booking is removed from the calendar as well as information about the cancelled booking. If this settings is set to "cancel", info about cancelled booking is available but booking is not removed from the calendar (just flagged as cancelled). This view somewhat "pollutes" the view and make it confusing for the customers as well as staff.

So, what is the best way to keep track of cancelled bookings per customer while deleting the booking from the calendar view?

    Currently, the information about deleted appointments is not recorded in the Dashboard statistics. We forwarded this information to our Product team for further review as possible plugin's improvement.

  • Hi - is this solved yet? We need to see previous cancelled bookings when people call in etc. 

    If a booking in cancelled - is that slot then made available for other customer to book or is it still blocked. As it is visible in the calendar. 

    Would be grateful from some clarifications.
