I've already emailed this to support@ladela.com but no one seems to be getting back to me!

I have a problem with the 15.1 update. It causes my front end calendar to not show any available appointments. The calendar is visible but no available appointments show when you click on a date. 

I’ve tested this quite extensively – upon rolling back to the previous version I had installed, everything is fixed 100%, so it is definitely an issue I am having with this update. Unfortunately, the previous version has now caused my Google Calendar sync to stop working so I am in need to update to get that working again.

 

I have tried removing all custom CSS and still the appointments do not show when 15.1 is installed. I have also tried this across several devices and browsers.

Please can I get a fix for this urgently as I’m currently losing business because of the issue!

    If you re-add the form it will show the correct time-slots.

    From what i can see it now has to have the staffmember value aswell

    Hi Guys,

    Has the migration to  Bookly Pro been fixed??

    I ran the update /migrator when I was on version 15.2 where it split the plugins into Bookly Lite and Bookly Pro.
    All went well except on the frontend things failed to work. It was spinning wheel across the board on desktop and tablets on Chrome, IE etc. Later I noticed that old bookings were not there as well.

    I've see numerous queries regarding the migration issue where many encountered the same issues I had. I had to do a rollback to default with lost of some bookings showing up in the back end.

    I cross reference the DB and can see the old booking exist after the upgrade /migration but they do not appear at all in Bookly new platform.

    I had to rollback to previous plugin option. How can this be fixed?

    I am waiting for this to be fixed over 3 months now (October 2018). My client is not happy at all. Three modules were bought and still cannot use them as they are reliant on the new Bookly Plugin. Something, had I known the new alleged improved Booking system would not work I would not have bought them

    I need you to fix the migration module or confirm that it has been fixed as it seem the two main problems users encounter are:

    1. Old /previous bookings are deleted or not showing up
    2. Spinning wheel on front end
