An option for staff members that use the booking form to create new appointments, to have a field to choose a customer from the current list of customers (similar to the back-end customer field when you create a new appointment).

This would mean that back office workers could make appointments without having admin access

I'm not sure, but maybe the described problem could be solved through the staff cabinet add-on

No, tried it... the staff cabinet option still limits the booking's customer to the logged in user rather than allowing for customer selection

Should the backoffice worker book an appointment with a client for himself or for another employee?

My use case was that back office workers would book appointments for many different clients

Hi Pat, sorry for the delay. You can try the following thing:

    • Give the back office worker "administrator rights". That will enable him to book appointments for different clients in the staff cabinet calender. The make sure, that he will not get access to the backend (because of his administrator rights) you can remove the adminbar on the top of the page where the staff cabinet calender is.
    • To remove the adminbar on the top, you can fix a picture or another element on the top of your page

    Kind regards

So the picture or element will be over the adminbar, when it's z-value his 4000 or higher. It will cover the adminbar ..
