I have no clue why sending emails are capped at 30 days.

This should be our choice!


Please open so we can send say 6 months or even a year after the last appointment.


As an example client came 6 months ago, the system can automatically send out a specific email.

    Completely agree. It makes no sense that there there is an arbitrary 30 day limit on email notifications following an appointment. 

    The best solution would be to allow a 'custom' notification period, where you can choose 'x' number of hours, days, weeks, months, years. 

    In our particular case, we want to use this functionality to send a reminder to customers to book a follow up appointment a year from their last appointment.
