We often have meetings booked in then the customer needs to change the time or day. We typically edit such meetings on the back end and send update email notifications. This sends the customer an email notification as if a new meeting was booked. This is OK but not as good as sending an email entitled eg “Meeting amendment/change”, explaining that the previous meeting had been cancelled and a new time was now booked.


It would be great to have a new email notification type that is used whenever a meeting time or date is changed.
