With the new Bookly Pro, if you have both email templates active for single and multiple appointment booking confirmation, when customer books a single appointment, both email templates send one email. This is confusing for client. Bookly support suggested we only enable multiple appointment booking confirmation template as this will still fire for single appointments, which it does.
The only small problem is that we don't get the opportunity to add .ics attachment when it's the multiple appointment template. Could you create a template that would attach one or more .ics files depending if single or multiple appointments?
