We are trying to add functionality to our website that allows users to navigate through a sort of decision tree as a sort of "self-help desk" function. At the end, we would like to send them to our Bookly appointment scheduling page to schedule the appointment, but with certain fields already filled in (such as contact information and problem descriptions) so the customer can schedule their own appointment without needing to re-describe their issue. I could be wrong, but my searching so far has not turned up any way to do this. If there is a way to do this already please let me know, otherwise I think this could be a useful feature to have.
