I have had to fire clients in the past.

Recently one of them book in online after a year of absence and took up another potential booking. I have only ever fired 3 clients in the last 5 years - I don't want to have to change my entire system and take deposits on everyone for one person.


I also can't take deposits due to people claiming the service through insurance, and insurance claims can vary from policy to policy - which means then my books gets inconveniently complicated with refunds / calculating remaining gap payments.
