When customers reschedule from the Bookly Customer Cabinet Add-on, the original appointment time blocks the rescheduling. For example, if a customer has an appointment from 7:00-9:00, but wants to reschedule to 8:00-10:00, the customer is not allowed to. First they must reschedule the appoint to, for example, 10:00-12:00, and they reschedule again for 8:00-10:00. This is because the original appointment time (7:00-9:00) is blocking the 8:00 time slot. It would be nice if this could be changed. Thank you!
