Added ability to verify customer’s contact information
For newly added feature in version 19.9 (Added ability to verify customer’s contact information), the verification code can be sent via SMS or email. Where is the place in Settings where you select if you want to use email or SMS?

Looking at implementation of this feature, it looks like that, when phone and email are required during booking, an SMS is sent. If phone is not required during booking (just email), an email is sent out.
The issue with this implementation is that some customer might put their landline (not cell phone) that is not capable of receiving SMS messages and, in that case, the SMS that is sent would never reach customer. Also, it does require subscription to SMS service. It would be good to have an option to select if verification code is sent via email or SMS regardless if phone is required during booking or not.
There doesn't seem to be any documentation for this feature. I only found out about this by seeing the new notification notification at the bottom of the list, but there's no info about how it works and in what scenario it would be used.
The only useful info about the feature is this post (thanks Dunlace). It would be helpful if there was a doc page detailing its use.

This setting will be updated in the upcoming release – we will add the ability to select the preferred method of verification, so admin will be able to choose from "Always verify email" and "Always verify phone". The documentation will be updated accordingly after the next release. We appreciate your patience.
