Multiple Booking Warning
In order to optimised reservations for people who are booking for multiple people. Let say for a table(s) for an event I have set the min people to 1 and max to 12
In this example it is for an evening event so restricted to 12. If once person reserves for 6, then later another tries to reserves for 8 then there is no message or option to say that you can only book for the 6 left. If you try and book for 8 the appointment disappears. Is there something I am missing here ?
Can you help as my client needs to fully utilise capacity at their restaurant.

Hello Peter,
This is the correct behavior – the time slot is not offered because it can't accommodate the number of persons.
What you can do: in the Appearance section > Time tab, check the box next to Show blocked timeslots, so customers see that the time slot exists, and add a description about the service capacity in your booking form, smth like "if the time slot is blocked, try another number of persons".
