E-Mail and Phone verification

Hi, 

Does anyone know how to set up an email and phone number verification process in Bookly? 

I want every email address and phone number to be entered correctly and in a predetermined manner. For example, all telephone numbers should begin with 01 and email addresses should only be permitted with certain TLDs, i.e. .com, .net and .jp. Is that possible somehow?

    Having the same issue. its not checking for properly formed phone numbers.

    Hi Sandro & Mike,

    Currently, this is not supported.

    You may find useful this option – Verify customer's contact information at Details step > Always verify phone/Always verify email. So customers will be able to complete the booking only after they entered verification code from sms/email.

    Thanks for the update.  I agree that SMS confirmation would be the best option to guarantee accuracy, however, it adds an extra step which is a potential hindrance to closing the conversion.
