One booking per timeslot per service, multiple bookable resources (staff) per timeslot
I'm evaluating a wordpress booking system for one of our customers (a medium sized business).
Bookly with it's features seems like a very good option but first I have to check if all my customers needs are covered by Bookly.
Our customer has one specific scenario which I have a hard time to simulate in the Bookly Demo:
- They have 8 tables which can be booked by their guests (booking duration doesn't matter - for simplicitys sake let's say they are booked for the whole day)
- Due to limitations in their reception capacity they can only handle one arriving guest group per 30min
- One guest group can book multiple tables for the same time
Basically they have two constraints (one in the amount of tables and another in the capacity at their reception)
Example 1:
One guest group books 8 tables for 08:00 am -> no more bookings are possible for the rest of the day
One guest group books 8 tables for 08:00 am -> no more bookings are possible for the rest of the day
Example 2:
One guest group books one table for 08:00 am -> regardless of the unbooked tables, the next possible booking of any table is for 08:30 am
Example 3:
One guest group books two tables for 08:00 am, another group books 6 tables for 10:00 am -> no more bookings are possible for the rest of the day
I tried a lot of stuff with compound services, staff (table) max. working hours, group bookings but could not make it work as required.
Does Bookly support such a scenario?
