Discount depending on booking duration
Dear Support Team!
I have Bookly Pro with Custom Duration addon. I would like to achieve the following:
- Booking a service for 1 hour, price is 8000 HUF
- Booking a service for 2-11 hours, price is 7000 HUF / hour
- Booking a service for 12 hours (it means a whole day in this case) is 72.000 HUF totally.
Is Bookly Discount addon good for it?

Currently, unfortunately, this scenario is not supported. Bookly Discounts (Add-on) supports two rules:
– Number of persons in appointment
– Number of appointments booked in one session
We tried your scenario on our demo using Bookly Discounts (Add-on) & Bookly Multiply Appointments (Add-on). While the discount works perfectly for this case "Booking a service for 12 hours (it means a whole day in this case) is 72.000 HUF totally" if you set to deduct 24.000 if a customer multiplies their 1-hour appointment 12 times, it doesn't work well with this case "Booking a service for 2-11 hours, price is 7000 HUF / hour". It is because it's impossible to fix the price at 7000 HUF / hour, you can only specify a percentage off the entire order or fixed amount off.
Moreover, you'll need to set up two discounts for both options – https://take.ms/41iLi. In this case when someone books 12 hours, both discounts are applied and the price will be even less than 72.000. This is how the plugin works at the moment.
