Questions about functionalities of your software
Hello.
I am very interested in purchasing the pro version of Bookly, but I have a few questions before doing so.
A client wants to make a website where you can rent workspaces online. On his website, you would be able to buy (using WooCommerce) a rent for one or multiple rooms. A rent can last for a full morning, a full afternoon, or a full day, but you cannot select specific hours.
So the available hours would be something like :
- 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
You can also rent multiple rooms, so renting a time slot shouldn't block this time slot for other rooms. I would also need the plugin to use euros instead of dollars.
Is everything I mentioned above possible to do using the pro version of Bookly ?

Thanks for your interest in Bookly items. If you want to allow your customers select one service (Room) and then offer different options of available hours, then Bookly can support this scenario only in case you create 3 separate services with different duration
9:00 AM to 12:00 AM - 3 hours
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - 4 hours
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - 7 hours
This means that your customers should be able to know in advance (at the first step in a booking form) which duration they book, so it should be indicated in the service title, for example, or with the 'Show service duration next to service name' option enabled in Appearance section.
Bookly is designed to work with the staff and service availability, so if your service is connected to several staff members (staff member selection can be hidden in a booking form), it will be available for booking as long as connected staff members are free for the selected time.
You can select your currency in Settings > Payments > Currency.
