Automatically approved appointment from backend
When creating appointments from the backend they are not approved automatically. There has to be a client assigned to be approved. Is there a way to don't use a client and approved the inmediatly?

Thank you for your message.
Please, check "Default appointment status" option in Settings - Appointments. If you set the default status as "Approved", all appointments which you create via backend panel will have "Approved" status:

How do you set some services for automatic approval and others for manual approval?
