Charge customers a cancellation fee to postpone appointments
Hi. I'm currently using WooCommerce integration for my Bookly Pro.
Our appointments are non-cancellable/refundable once a customer books a session.
To postpone a session, they will also be charged with a fee.
Is there a way I can allow customers to "Cancel" their appointment on their end - and be led to a payment page for payment of the postponement fee?

Right now, such option is not supported. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
