Payment Request
Pre-sales question: If I book a customers appointment via the back-end, will the back end send and email with a payment request and link to pay online?

Thank you for your message.
Currently, such option is not supported. Bookly Pro doesn't generate payment links once the appointment is being created via backend.
You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
But you can include the information about your payment information in your email notification manually (for example bank account details).
