Pending appointment to approve by staff

Hi,

If I set the appointment status to pending appointment, will the system check whether the scheduled appointment by client can meet the staff availability for it to pending or it will respond with no appointment available to the customer schedule.

For example, I have 2 staffs available from 10 am to 12 noon and receive 2 bookings

1. Book for 10 am to 12 noon, system will send it to staff to approve booking as I set the default status to pending.  After staff accept it, system will change it to confirmed and notified customer accordingly.

2. Book for 1 pm to 3 pm, will system respond with no available time slot or accept it as pending?

    The time slots won't be open for the booking as they are within staff member's schedule.

    I suppose your advice is "The time slots won't be open for the booking as they are outside staff member's schedule." and not within.  Am I right?
