Collaborative services and SMS notification
Hi,
I have some questions : when using collaborative services a customer book ON services but 3 or 4 different services are booked in backend (that's the way it works and it works well.
Regarding notification the customer always get a notification for each separate simple service from his booking, knowing that from his side he only ordered one service (collaborative) and doesn't specifically know what's inside of it.
Is there a way to get a single notification for the customer in case of collaborative service or at lease disable it for those ones?

that one will still send notification to non-collaborative services too?

But i think it wont work for reminder SMS for example as it only uses individual services ?
I also have an issues with e-mail notificiations in collaborative serivces.
The solution given in this topic does not fully solve my problem, as I want to send the notification to the staff member, and I cannot select staff member.
