Pre-sales questions
Hi there,
Thanks again for reading our email. We are looking forward to purchase the bookly pro and several addons.
Before we purchase, we have some questions that will allow us to know if the bookly pro and addons suit for us.
1. If we have the pro version and customer information addon, and when the customer fill in the customer information form, are they already be registered? If so, what about the password of login?
2. If we don't want our booking system has the payment function, could we hide this function?
3. If we wish to change the word of "login" on the login button (from the letters of "login" to "Existing Customer Login“ on the front-end, is this possible to do so?
4. If a customer has already logged in, and the customer profile has the customer name and other information of the customer to let him directly to book a service, but if the customer wish to add a new customer (different name and personal information) in the same account to book for another person. Is this possbile to do so?
We are looking forward to your reply, which is vital to us.
Hope we could get this wonderful plugin, and our concerns will be fixed. :)
Cheers,
Leo

Hello Leo,
Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. After you set up the staff member’s schedule, this schedule will be repeated for the following weeks. Please note that the system takes into account the staff member’s schedule when rendering available time slots in the front-end/booking.
So the availability offered in the booking form is based on the schedule of the staff member. Whereas, the interval of the slots offered is regulated with the time slot length as this is the basis of how the hours are divided and presented in the booking form.
The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/features/ are intended to help give more flexibility to achieve desired features.
1) If you want to create WP user automatically once your client books an appointment, please, check this option in Settings - Customers:
And you will need to enable this email notification:
2) You just need to disable all payment options in Settings - Payments:
3) You can change it in Appearance section:
4) I'm afraid such option is not supported. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
5) Yes, you can approve the appointments manually:
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Also, if we could hide the payment function (customer booking won't pay any deposit), could we do the manually approve for each appointment?
