Installation of Pro on Sub domain site or staging site

Two options are available for testing prior to live site implementation.

Please help with your experience and the preferred path to meet the objectives of

a. Continue testing of new add on and work flow prior to upload to live;
b. Appropriate use the tested feature on staging or sub domain for new user and training, or promotion
Will appreciate your advice and experience on sub domain or staging site with Bookly Pro

Thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

    According to Envato rules, you can use one purchase code on one domain only. But we can connect your purchase code to the production domain and domain for testing purposes.

    Let us know if we understood you correctly.

  • Hi,
    Thank you for the response.
    Am I correct to understand in the advice, as far as purchase is concerned, the one code can be used on domain for testing purpose, it does not matter whether it is a staging site or sub domain site.
    The clarification I seek is what is Bookly recommendation for the testing between the option of a sub domain site and a staging site.  Appreciate very much your guidance on this clarification.

  • Hi there. I have a similar question. I am deploying the site silverlakeshop.com on a staging enviroment: silverlake.newlevelagency.com. How i must proceed in order to apply my license correctly? Note once the site goes live i will delete the staging one.
