Multiple tennis courts, multiple staff but only one appointment per court at a time. How do I do that??
Hi there! I've been trying to set this up for hours and hours but can't figure out what's the best approach. I hope for some help here! :)
I'm setting up booking system for a Tennis club. They have three courts and three coaches. For now, I've set up each court as a category, then added services (lesson with coach and court rental without coach) and staff.
My challenge is, that when people make an appointment, the court needs to be blocked during those hours. But since there are multiple services and staff, the calendar remains open.
For example, someone books a lesson at 10-11 AM with coach A. Calendar still shows 10-11 AM available for bookings with coach B and coach C. However, there can only be one lesson per court at a time.
Hope this makes sense and there's some easy approach/setting that I've overlooked!

Thank you for your message.
In this case, we advise you to use court as staff member and services will be named as staff members. So you will have only one staff member which is connected to several services. The titles can be changed in Appearance section:
