Surcharge or fee
I'm looking to add a fuel surcharge to my products. I'd like to be able to change this fee as prices of fuel go up/down, and to keep the price of my services the same. Is there a way to tack on a one-time fee?

Yes. I am using the Taxes add-on, and it sort of works. It does not itemize the taxes and fees in the cart, which would be more clear. I'd love to know if this is possible. If not, is there a way to have the Taxes heading in the cart say "Taxes and Fees" instead, so the customer understands they are lumped together?
