Customer Cabinet Error

Hi. For some reason, whenever my customers or myself (Website Admin) goes to the Customer Cabinet it gives this message "You don't have permissions to view this content." I'm not sure what's causing this because all the permissions are in tact etc... Please assist

    Please, check the user role for your customers. We advise you to use Subscriber user role:

    Please, make sure that you are checking this section not under admin rights. Besides, please, check if your Bookly customer is connected to WP user:
