bookly menu not showing up
Not seeing anything searching past topics, or in the various help topics ... if it has been answer, please feel free to forward ...
Really basic question ... I installed and activated the plugin: "Version 21.0.1 | By Bookly | View details" ... but I'm not getting a 'Bookly' menu item in the dashboard ...
I've watched the appropriate videas, and they all show that menu item just popping up and then you can go setup services and staff and what not, but I'm not getting the menu item in my dashboard ...
the plugin is active, I've checked the file system and the files seem to be there ... I've checked the database and the bookly schema has been added ...
I've tried to logout and back in again, just in case ... I've tried going into incognito mode in my browser and logging in with a newly created user, nadda ... but when I created new user, there doesn't appear to be any bookly related roles listed either ...
I'm running Wordpress 6.0.1, fresh install *just* to evaluate this, so the only other plugin is the aksmet(sp?) one for anti-spam and using PHP 7.4.30 ...
I've tried deactivating and reactivating ... no change. and no errors that I can see in the log files.
I couldn't find a list of PHP plugins that I might require, so its possible that I'm missing one and it isn't generating any errors ... this is what I'm running with right now:
