Restaurant Waiting List

I'm looking forward to purchase this plugin.But before I just want confirm that the thing I'm planning to is possible with this plugin or not.
I have restaurant and Guests will be waiting in a queue.
This is the workflow I need to implement.
Employee Will enter guest details > Guest Mobile Number > No Of Guest > Guest Name > Waiting time for the guest.
Only those details will be entered by the employee, Here guest will be not be reserving the table or waiting list himself. Only restaurant employee does that. And when the employee is added to the wait list for the customer, He will get an SMS briefing that his slot is booked and waiting time is XX Min/Hours. And He will also get the Live status link of the timing he will be waiting updating in realtime when he opens the URL. And the customer is not needed to register in the website to see those details.
And When the employee waiting list time is done again he will get notified through SMS that table is ready for him to have food at the restaurant. Is it doable with this plugin. Please let me know.

Thank you for your message.
Customers are able to join the waiting list on front-end when they choose a time slot for their appointment. Busy time slots are shaded in gray and marked with “(N)”, where N is a number of customers on the waiting list.
When a time slot opens, a notification is sent to the service provider with the list of customers in line. When the service provider clicks the relevant link next to client's name to approve an appointment, the customer's status will be changed from 'on waiting list' to 'approved'.
