Download archives from staff member's email
I would like to know if it is possible for staff members to be able to download the files that users upload when booking?
That way you can prevent them from having an account and entering the website.

The files can be downloaded only via WordPress admin panel. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
