Staff Commision
Is there a feature where we can set a commission for the staff member.
For example, the service is $100. The staff member on this service will be paid $80 or 80% etc.

Right now, such option is not supported. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
