Optimization of the booking process for our company

I use Bookly Pro with some addons and unfortunately I have the following small problems with the settings. I hope that there are simple solutions for this, since the main settings for the function actually exist:

1) I have Customer Cabinet Add-on and Staff Cabinet Add-on for frontend deployment. Is there a way that these add-ons only show appointments that have a certain status. That I have a Wordpress page for customers that only shows canceled appointments by default.

2) For the "Minimum time requirement prior to booking" and "Minimum time requirement prior to canceling" function. I need a shorter time period of 5 minutes. In the settings I can only set 30 minutes or 1 hour as the shortest time.
