How to include service_info in the bookly-appointments-list display shortcode?

the default shortcode for displaying bookly schedules does not display service_info, I would like to be able to enter information that is saved in the user dashboard via this shortcode:

[bookly-appointments-list columns=”service,date,time,online_meeting,service_info” show_column_titles=”1″]

I thought it would work to insert “service_info” but it didn’t work I would like to be able to include that option is it possible. In this option I would include some important links for the user so they could refer to it at another time.

  • Hello Jessica,

Currently, this is not supported in the appointment list shortcode.

  • Support Team would it be possible in some other way? I would like to be able to include notes that the customer could view later, today I can only at the time of scheduling, but after the client schedules he may not remember more of what was described, as he has an environment just for him to confirm their schedules would like to be able to include this info there.

  • It is possible to show custom fields in the appointments list, however if you add and include a custom field to a service (for example, "My notes for a client after appointment"), it will also be viewable on the front-end at the time of booking. Private custom fields are not displayed in the appointment list, or booking form, because they're used internally by staff in Bookly backend.

I don't think you understand, I need something that I as an administrator include an additional infomration in some service scheduling, just like it is done in the service_info hook, however this information I know I can get additional in the act of scheduling, I can do this by customizing the form. However what I need is that the user, once they have completed their appointment can refer to the same information in their appointment listing. You gave example of the custom field but this from what I understand can only be included in the "act of scheduling ie, the customer will view when scheduling" and that is not what I need. What I want is pretty much a note, for example: a warning

  • Hello, we understand that you want to include a note to the client after appointment, this is not supported in Bookly, currently. Appointment notes are for internal (viewable in the backend) use only, while custom fields can be displayed to the client in the appointment list but they will also be viewable at the time of booking.

We’re constantly working on improvements and value all feedback. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
