I wanted to inquire about your product.
I'm doing some tests of your appointment manager, I have to say it works excellently.
I would like to know if it was possible to limit the appointment request to a "customer".
I'll explain...
Can I let the system know that a "customer" x can make a maximum of 30 reservations?

Hi Carlo,
Bookly has a setting which is called Limit appointments per customer (Services section > Edit service > Advanced tab) which allows you to set the limit of service bookings per customer in any given period. Restriction may end after a fixed period or with the beginning of the next calendar period – new day, week, month, etc. You can read more and check the examples of its work here: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212176289-Services
