maximal hour work, google calendar and others appointements
Hi, (sorry for my english I'm french and it's a little difficult to be precise sometimes)
I need help : I search to work with my clients maximum 4 hours a day (I allready found the way to fix this) however my hours opening are more than 4 (9am to 6pm) so it let me extra time to organise private things or administrative things not to include in to the "worktime" (whose juste for my clients reservation). I synchronized my google calendar to put this things (private + admistrative) but it seems to interfere with the 4 hours to my clients.
Exemple : I have already 3h30min with clients and I put 1h to personnal médical appointement in 2pm to 3pm ; actually it's not possible to my clients to tacke a appointement of 30min in the avaiable hours left (I thinck my personnal appointement is considered to a work appointement).
Have you a solution ?

Hello. A solution might be to create a custom appointment (administrative things) via the Bookly admin panel and assign a custom status which won't block a time slot on the front-end. Upon creating a custom status in settings, you should select 'Free'. This way, you will have a private appointment(s) in your schedule but your clients will be able to book until the 4h limit is reached.
Custom statuses feature is available with the Custom Statuses (Add-on).
