[SOLVED] Custom fields not visible when creating an appointment as staff

hey,

I created a couple of custom fields using the custom fields add on and they do appear in the customer booking form as expected. However, most of my appointments will be created by the staff. When I open the calendar as admin and start creating a new appointment, I do not see the custom fields.

Is it possible to make the custom fields visible also when the staff is creating a new appointment?

  • ok I found out that to set the custom fields when creating an appointment as staff, I first need to select the user and then click on the details of the user. Then I can fill the custom fields.

     

    It's a but misleading because the custom fields relate to an appointment and not to a customer so I'd epxect them to be present on the appointment booking modal.

     

    Anyway, problem solved
