Appointment that have 2-3 processes within them. Allocating staff to them, while customer sees it as 1 large booking.
I'm looking at appointment that have 2-3 processes in them. So a customer books 1 appointment, but at the back end, 2-3 employees are assigned to it one after another.
For example, a dog groom would have 1 appointment, but 3 processes - bath, dry, groom, done by 3 employees.
Would that be possible? Allocating staff to them, while customer sees it as 1 large booking.
