Hi,

I have a test appointment witch is showing in the bookly back end but can't seem to manage it to show in the front end.

The shortcode I used to try to do this is: "[bookly-appointments-list columns="category, service, staff, date, time, cancel" show_column_titles="1"]"

Can somebody shed some light on this?

Cheers,

Peter

    By the way....

I've logged in as a bookly manager as well as a supervisor.

    Nothing did the job.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for your message.

Please note that the "[bookly-appointments-list columns="category, service, staff, date, time, cancel" show_column_titles="1"]" is for the online access to booking for clients: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212455529-Online-Access-to-Bookings-for-Clients

With this add-on, your customers can view their past and upcoming bookings right on your site, and (optional) are able to cancel them right then and there.

So you need to be logged out as admin, Bookly manager, and supervisor then log in as a Bookly Customer with a WordPress user account to be able to view this page.

If you have additional questions or concerns, please reply to the email with ticket number 147792 to support@bookly.info

    Many thanks!

What I'm seeking is the possibility for my client and his staff to manage their customers on the front end.

Therefore I made them a supervisor account which they can use to log in, check, book and manage all customers of them and each other.

    How can I achieve this?

Please help, website is 2 days online now and they can not see their bookings in front end!

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for your reply.

They would need to log into the staff cabinet to manage their customer.

Please reply to my email with Question #148077 for additional questions or concerns.

    Many thanks!

    Dear Richel,

I have a similar question as Peter: I want to allow one of my staff members to be able to view all appointments of all customers of all staff members.

For example: I have 3 staff members: A, B and C. The way the staff cabinet is set up now: staff member A can only view his schedule, appointments and customers. I want staff member A to be able to view the schedules of B and C as well. I also want staff member A to be able to export the entire appointments-schedule (A, B and C combined).

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi Jolanda,

Staff cabinet is not able support the supervisor account capabilities or higher. So you have to keep switching accounts if you have more than one staff member. Witch is rather inconvenient. Haven't got the slightest idea why the bookly guys sell this front end manager as a limited version of the back end. By the way this limitation is mentioned nowhere.

    Cheers.

    Peter
