Hi Bookly,

We are using Bookly Pro on our website and have noticed that a few days ago, the calendar monthly view and list view turned blank.

The calender page (wp-admin/admin.php?page=bookly-calendar) appears empty? the browser console shows the following errors: calendar-common.js?ver=19.5:243 Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: Cannot access 'calendar' before initialization

load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=5.7:formatted:1505 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getTime' of undefined

We have checked the entire database of the website for any possible faults or errors in the userdata but have not found anything.

Please advise! Thank you in advance.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please ensure that your plugin and add-ons in the "WordPress > Plugins" section are updated to the newly released versions, as you can see here: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/change-log/. Updating usually fixes any issues.

    The sequence of updating should be Bookly, Bookly PRO, and all add-ons.

    It is important whether you update Bookly products manually or automatically, we recommend you to backup your website before making any update. Read more about WordPress backups here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/.

    Please note that if you have customized the plugin, you will still have access to updates but won't be able to make an update without losing the customization. Therefore, the code would need to be added after each update. We also do not provide support for customized versions of the plugin.
