Is there a way currently to ensure that notes added to an appointment through the dashboard persist with that customer, ensuring that the notes you add show up again for the next appointment?

    Hello. Currently, appointment internal notes added via backend are only viewable for specific appointment and cannot be copied automatically for other appointments.

    You can store custom data in the client's profile with the Customer Information (Add-on). It allows you to create custom fields for the Details step of your booking form. All info the client inputs in custom fields will be stored in Customers section in Bookly.
