Multiple Booking from same famliy
Hello,
I run a dog grooming salon and I have been having an issue trying to determine how to allow 1 client to be able to book 2 dogs at the sae time? I currently have the group add on but quickly realized that allows other clients to book at the same time too.
Is there an add on that would allow 1 client to book 2 appointments in 1 slot(so 2 dog from the same family) but would not allow 2 different clients to book in the same spot?
I hope that makes sense, any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Zakhary,
Group Booking (Add-on) functionality allows you to enable the option One booking per time slot, so once there's a booking for 2 dogs, the slot will become unavailable for other customers.
Example: service capacity is min – 2, max – 6. If there is a booking for 2 customers, this time slot will be blocked for further booking, and no one will be able to join existing customers.
Please note, that this appointment will be assigned to one staff member.
If you need to assign one service to several staff members at the same time, you will need the Bookly Collaborative Appointments (Add-on) https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013222534-Collaborative-Services-Add-on
You can create one simple service that will be performed by all staff members. Then create a service of collaborative type ('2 dogs visit', for example) and add the existing simple service into it twice. So when someone books '2 dogs visit', then 2 staff members will be occupied in your Bookly Calendar.
