BOOKLY PRO WITH BOOKLY PACKAGES AND BOOKLY GROUPS
Hi Bookly Support Team,
I am considering using Bookly along with the Packages Add-on to manage class bookings for my Pilates studio. However, I have a few specific questions to ensure it meets my needs:
- Is it possible to set up class packages (e.g., 10, 20, and 30 classes) that customers can purchase and then use to book specific classes?
- Can I configure a maximum capacity per class, such as 8 people per session?
- Can customers view real-time availability and book classes using the credits from their purchased package?
- Is it possible to manage different types of classes (e.g., basic Pilates, advanced Pilates) with distinct schedules and pricing?
- When customers purchase a package, can the system automatically deduct a credit from their package each time they book a class? Additionally, can customers track their remaining credits on their dashboard?
I’d greatly appreciate any additional information about setting up the Packages Add-on and whether it supports these functionalities.

1. Currently, each package service is created based on one simple service. It is not possible to include different services in one package deal. For example, if your simple service is Basic Pilates, you can create and sell a "10 Basic Pilates Classes" package.
2. Yes, this is possible with the Bookly Group Bookings (Add-on) as long as the class is an individual service and not a part of a package.
3. Currently, this is not supported. However, all instances of services within a package can be managed by the customer through their user account. Logged-in customers will see a list of purchased packages, including expiration dates, details, and the ability to schedule appointments. Please read more here.
4. Yes, you can set each type as services and connect them to its own staff member. Then, you can configure its price and availability. Please note that 1 staff member could not provide 2 services at the same time.
5. Credits feature isn't supported at the moment.
I am using bookly for pilates studio also. I have tried many systems but bookly is the most sutiable one. And support team really helpful to fill gaps.
Support teams said no for 5 "When customers purchase a package, can the system automatically deduct a credit from their package each time they book a class? " but i think its misunderstood.
Package number keeps decreasing after every usage. So you can track how many package left or used.
Thats what you ask i think.
