In some cases, website security settings can block the Google Calendar connection (Bookly > Staff > Advanced > Connect). You may encounter messages such as "403 Forbidden" or "Not acceptable" instead of the staff member card.
To resolve the issue, consider the following options:
- Configure your security system to allow requests from Google Calendar.
- Use the following workaround: After an unsuccessful attempt to connect your staff member to Google, click on the browser's URL field, delete the part at the end of the URL that says "&scope=https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar", and then press Enter.
