In some cases, website security settings can block the Google calendar connection (Bookly > Staff > Connect).
You may see a message like "403 Forbidden" or "Not acceptable" instead of the staff member card.
To solve the issue, you can configure your security system so that it doesn’t block requests from Google.
Or, you can use this workaround: after the unsuccessful attempt to connect your staff member to Google, click on the browser URL field, delete this part at the end of the URL and press Enter: "&scope=https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar"
